It's been four months since Zayn Malik quit One Direction to pursue a solo career, and now it seems as though the 22-year-old pop singer has found a home for his future endeavors. Today (July 28), word hit that the former boy band member has signed with Iggy Azalea's manager to promote his new music.

Malik has signed with Turn First Artists manager Sarah Stennett, who has also worked with Azalea, Billboard reports and confirms with those "close to the situation." This marks the next phase in Malik's career as he moves away from One Direction's management company Modest Management and the band's founder Simon Cowell.

Details surrounding Malik's deal with Turn First Artists and his new manager remain scarce as well as what this implies for him and his future solo career. However, it seems as though he is in good hands. In addition to Azalea, First Turn Artists also works with the likes of Ellie Goulding, Rita Ora, Conor Maynard and more. It was founded in 2011.

Though little has been heard from Malik since he shockingly left One Direction in March, it seems as though he's working on prepping a solo album.

Earlier this year, his cover of Rae Sremmurd's "No Type" leaked online and he was frequently spotted working in the studio with producer Naughty Boy. However, it since seems as though he and Naughty Boy have had a falling out over leaked footage from a "No Type" music video. Malik lashed out against his friend, calling him a "fat joke" on Twitter.
