The television gods have spoken and our prayers have finally been answered. Nickelodeon is working on bringing back several of the classic programs '90s kids grew up and loved on a new channel called The Splat. If you are a part of the Millennial generation, then you know how shows such as Rugrats, Hey Arnold!, Doug and Legends of the Hidden Temple impacted our childhood.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the shows will be reintroduced on a new block beginning in October.

Nickelodeon began releasing teasers of what's to come on The Splat and the latest sneek peek gave fans a big hint of what's to come. The trailer incudes clips from Rugrats, Hey Arnold!, Angry Beavers, Rocket Power, CatDog, The Wild Thornberrys and more. They're encouraging viewers and lovers of all things '90s Nickelodeon to follow their social media accounts which in turn, will prompt them to release more footage and information about what the program block will be about.

Based off the nostalgic montage of clips, one can assume The Splat will only feature the best of the best '90s cartoons. While a complete channel filled with nothing but classic Nickelodeon cartoons would be amazing, Nickelodeon was also the home of several live action comedic sketch shows and game-themed shows.

Whether their shows were making you laugh out loud, teaching you a valuable life lessons, or showing you just how much fun using your imagination can be, Nickelodeon had something for everyone. What makes these programs classics is their ability to transcend generations, by producing messages that remain relatable despite the changing times.

Nickelodeon was filled with amazing shows that not only made us laugh, but sometimes even taught us life lesson and made us rethink the way we see the world. If we had the choice, we would bring back the following 13 classic programs for your viewing pleasure.

Because these shows portrayed serious squad goals!

1. Rugrats: Tommy, Chucky, Phil, Lil, Angelica, and Susie

2. Rocket Power: Otto, Reggie, Twister, and Sam

3. Doug: Doug, Skeeter, Patti Mayonnaise, and Doug's dog Porkchop

4. Kenan and Kel: Kenan and Kel (That's right, your squad can consist of two people and still be awesome)

Because these shows made it clear that you're not the only one with a wacky family.

5. Hey, Arnold!: The mystery behind the whereabouts of Arnold's parents has never really been resolved, which is why he lives with his crazy grandparents; Helga constantly feels invisible whenever her big sister Olga comes to town; Phoebe felt extreme pressure to excel in school; Sid was embarrassed of his home life, and the list goes on.

6. The Wild Thornberrys: Debbie is the oldest child in the family, dealing with teenage rebellion and eager to get away from her family whenever she can; Eliza can talk to animals...enough said; Donnie is a feral boy who speaks his own language, leaving it hard to communicate with his adoptive family; and the parents, Nigel and Marianne, are always leaving their children alone while they film wildlife documentaries.

Because these introduced us to sketch comedy before we could stay up for SNL.

7. All That

8. The Amanda Show

Because kids were allowed to show off their physical and mental talents through exciting game shows. Who needs American Ninja Warrior and America's Got Talent when you have these?

9. Figure it Out

10. Legends of the Hidden Temple

Because these shows made you feel about being an awkward girl.

11. As Told By Ginger: Technically this show came out in 2000, but whatever.

12. Clarissa Explains it All: No one figured out why people do the things they do quite like Clarissa.

Because these shows scared the living daylights out of us!

13. Are You Afraid of the Dark?
