ZHU has released the first song from his upcoming Genesis project "Automatic" featuring AlunaGeorge. "Automatic" is the first piece of music we have heard from ZHU's mysterious project that is slated to feature the likes of Skrillex, Bone Thugs N Harmony, A-Trak and Gallant.

"Automatic" captures the emotional tenor that he has been able to imbue into his other tracks. It has the same feel and authentic ZHU feel that he has been able to capture with his hits like "Faded" with flickering piano motifs, a shuffling bass line, funky bass plucks and mysterious guitar. The soothing vocals from AlunaGeorge vocalist Aluna Francis glides over the instrumental next to ZHU's falsettos that show a surprising range.

Francis is the one on the saxophone that you hear wailing at the very end of the tune.

The track was first previewed to email subscribers a few days ago in a short animated clip that could only be viewed on mobile. It would indicate that there is a full set of visuals for the song ready to go for "Automatic" and knowing the ZHU team, everything is synced with the album visually.

It was officially premiered yesterday as the hottest record in the world on BBC Radio One. The collaboration came to be because largely of her own enterprise. She became slightly obsessed with finding out who he was and they connected at Hard Fest where studio time was arranged and the track came to be.

There is no word on when the next track will be unveiled from the album, but take it from us, it will be another special tune. Purchase "Automatic" on iTunes, stream it on Spotify or below on SoundCloud.
