Actress Megan Fox is proving that even after filing for divorce from 90210 star Brian Austin, she is still just as beautiful as ever and she's ready to get back to work. She's also ready to reappear on social media. After a 23 week break from Instagram, she posted a new black and white selfie and is getting ready for her role on the Fox series New Girl.
ET reported the Transformers star will be returning to television, co-starring alongside Zoey Deschanel, in a recurring role on New Girl. "Fox will play Reagan, a pharmaceutical sales rep who rents out Jess' room while she's sequestered on jury duty." Her debut episode will air in January, the sixth episode of season 5.
Although her return to acting and television is exciting news in itself, it's her return to Instagram that has really sparked fans' attention. Over 100 thousand followers welcomed the mother of two back to social media with likes and comments, after she posted a black and white selfie explaining how she still has an "angsty relationship with social media" but she's still here.

The 29-year-old's last post was back in April when she posted a photo of herself wishing followers a happy Easter.
The five-month hiatus could also have something to do with the marital struggles she and Austin were facing at the time. In August, TMZ reported how the actress had officially filed for divorce from her husband of 5 years, who she has two sons with, Noah, 2, and Bodhi, 1. The couple, who were together for 11 years, are reportedly still living in the same house and the divorce is amicable.
Her role in New Girl will showcase the funnier side of Fox which is what executive producer Liz Meriwether is looking forward to most. During an interview with Deadline Meriwether stated, "I've been a fan of her comedic skills since This Is 40 and I'm so excited to have her on the show.
