Atlanta rapper and artist Raury has unveiled the third single from his debut artist album All We Need. The new single "Forbidden Knowledge" features a thoughtful verse from Mississippi rapper Big K.R.I.T.

The new single is the third to be revealed from the 14-track album that is slated for release on Oct. 16 via Columbia Records. Following Raury's heavily touted mixtape Devil's Whisper, he has earned plaudits by everyone from SBTRKT to Kanye West. Now the young and talented Atlanta musician is forging his own path with an artist album on the cusp of release.

Raury spits his lines in an airy stream of conscious, discussing the ills that plague society today.

"Forbidden knowledge is too great for a man / Think if man could read your mind, you think that man understands / How to use it with integrity, not conquering land / It'd be good if we increased the lifespan, well that's forbidden knowledge," proposes Raury in his first verse.

Big K.R.I.T finishes the track drawing on the knowledge and power of Malcolm X and Martin Luther King Jr.

"Brother, look, you don't need to go to jail to read you a book / I wonder what Malcolm found after goin' to Mecca / Or the mindstate of Martin after visitin' Selma / The leaders that were slain for speakin' the topic / On the schemers and the reapers of forbidden knowledge."
