Tinashe is charging full speed ahead with the promo train for her sophomore album Joyride. While the video for her Chris Brown assisted single "Player" doesn't drop until Monday (Nov. 2), the "2 On" singer teased fans today with the dance heavy trailer and behind-the-scenes clip for the visual.

Set in a "non-descriptive futuristic type location", the Cali-bred diva battles a host of different dancers in a big white room overlooking downtown Los Angeles. From breakdancing to ballet, she takes no prisoners duking it out against guys and a girl, building up to the grand finale when she faces off against Brown. "I've been dancing my whole life since I was four years old," she says between takes. "All different styles, ballet, tap, jazz, so it's fun for me to kind of play with different styles of dance."

As night falls over the set, Brown comes in and the two go head to head in the steamy final scene.

"Chris Brown is an exceptionally talented entertainer so I think it was somebody that I was definitely excited to collaborate with," Tinashe dishes in the clip. Brown also expresses his mutual excitement while alluding to future collaborations, "This is the first record me and her got a chance to do so I hope the fans like it."

Team Tinashe has kept pretty busy building hype for her upcoming project. After premiering a trailer for the album back in September, she released buzz single "Party Favor" with Young Thug, joined Katy Perry on the last leg of her Prismatic Tour and hopped on Snakehips' new single "All My Friends" with Chance The Rapper.

As for the album itself, Tinashe told Fuse she's been taking it back to basics, working out of her home studio where she recorded her first few mixtapes. "I'm excited for the fans to hear because it shows more of the original essence that brought fans to become fans," she said.
