iLoveMakonnen, the stage moniker of Atlanta rapper Makonnen Sheran, has dropped his new album entitled iLoveMakonnen 2 via Drake's OVO Sound imprint. The seven track EP features collaborations with Santigold and production work from Danny Wolf, DJ Mustard, Richie Souf and more; Sheran himself also produced a few tracks. As the artist announced via his Twitter, the album is streaming on Spotify and Soundcloud and available for download on iTunes.

The new release follows the artist's debut release, I Love Makonnen, which featured the unavoidable hit "Tuesday" and as Stereogum points out, basically catapulted Sheran into the spotlight at lightspeed, ultimately earning him the spot on Drake's label. I Love Makonnen 2 is the artist's most polished collection of tracks to date, but isn't necessarily more cohesive than previous releases. As fans have come to expect from Super Chef Makonnen, the new EP boasts the artist's eclectic, hard-to-define sound that ranges from straight-up Atlanta trap to slowed-down lovelorn R&B, all packaged together with a mixtape vibe. Listen to the album below.

In case you missed it, the video for "Trust Me Danny" was released earlier this fall. The track was produced by 18-year-old Atlanta-based producer, Danny Wolf. The video is everything we all love about 2015's rap game: it features a hedonistic dimly-lit house party full of hipsters sipping on what looks like baby bottles and cough syrup while vibing on the artist's lyrics that seem to be serenading his drug hookup for the evening, Danny. The lens blurs in and out of focus on occasion with that 3D-esque effect that looks like the cameraman's been partying too. DJ Spinz and Larry League turn up in the video too. Check it out below.

As Brooklyn Vegan reports, Makonnen has some remaining tour dates this year coming up on the West Coast:

11/21: Lubbock, TX @ Wildwest Lubbock
11/28: Los Angeles, CA @ RBSS 30 Days in LA
12/18: Los Angeles, CA @ Shrine Auditorium
