Chicago's Dreezy has been making her rounds this year and it's finally paying off. The rapper remixed Future and Drake's "Jumpman." She remixed Nicki Minaj's "Chi-Raq." And was featured on King Louie's Drillumanti 3. Now, she is back with her own EP, From Now On and ready to take it up a notch.
From Now On, available for purchase today on iTunes, has only one feature: Dej Loaf. The Detroit lyricist is featured on the track, "Serena," and is also in the visual that debuted yesterday on REVOLT. Take a look below.
The EP was produced by Metro Boomin and 808's Mafia and it has five tracks on it. All very strong tracks, Dreezy shows off her lyrical side on this project.
This is just a preview for what is to come from Dreezy. The rapper recently signed to Interscope Records and will be dropping her major label debut in 2016. She has come quite the way since dropping her mixtape, Schizo, and her hit single, "Boss," in 2014 and her EP, Call it What You Want, in July of this year. She was even featured in the 2014 BET Hip-Hop Awards Digital Cypher and released of a remix of her track, "Boss," with Lil' Herb. Dreezy is quickly climb up the ladder to success and it seems as if she won't be letting anyone get in her way.
