Songwriting, production and remix team Captain Cuts have released their Emo mashup mixtape, If You're Listening It's Never Too Late. The 31-minute mix is a nostalgic ride where modern pop music meets some of the biggest pop-punk tracks of the early 2000s. Some of the artists featured on the tape include Drake, Justin Bieber, Jack Ü, Blink 182, Sum 41, Rihanna, Taking Back Sunday, Jimmy Eat World, RL Grime, Porter Robinson, Adele, My Chemical Romance and many others.
Some of the transitions are a little rough, but otherwise the mashups are clean and well put together. Break out those embarrassing old t-shirts of yours, way too much eye-liner and pants that probably don't fit any more and throw on this tape for some good old nostalgia.
