It's hard to believe the Garden State's own Bon Jovi has been around for over three decades. In that time, the band has released numerous chart-topping hits that have made them living legends, and even turned some heads when they saw their 1986 Livin' on a Prayer single re-enter the Billboard list back in 2013. And now, the band is heading on home to celebrate the anniversary with a remastered issue of their 1988 album, New Jersey.

The reissue will appear in three parts: a single reprint of the album; a two disc deluxe edition; and a two CD, or two CD/one DVD super deluxe edition, with the latter two containing bonus material on each.

New Jersey was originally released as the follow-up to the band's breakthrough Slippery When Wet album, rising to the number one spot on the Top 200 and holding five Billboard Hot 100 top ten singles, including Bad Medicine, I'll Be There for You, Lay Your Hands on Me, and Living in Sin.

We've heard that the two-disc version will contain three bonus cuts, which originally sat as B-sides, and 13 previously unreleased samples from the New Jersey recording sessions. Also included within the deluxe edition is a 32-page book containing commentary on the bonus tracks as well as photos of the band (and others) during both the New Jersey recording sessions and the subsequent tour.

Should fans of the band be eager to receive more 30th anniversary material, it's been said that they plan to release more as the year advances.

The New Jersey rerelease campaign is set to kick off on July 1.
