If you follow Toya Wright, the ex-wife of rapper Lil' Wayne, on Instagram, chances are you probably saw the no holds barred verbal confrontation that went down between her and R&B singer K. Michelle. Recently, Wright spoke out about the ongoing beef between her and the My Life singer, calling the whole situation "petty."

In an Instagram post that was later removed, Wright posted the cover of her latest book, How To Lose A Husband, only to receive nasty backlash from a woman who shared a past relationship with Wright's ex-husband, producer Memphitz. "K," as she is more commonly referred to on her current VH1 reality show My Life and also during her stint on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, mentioned on multiple occassions during her time on the shows how she had been involved in a verbally and physically abusive relationship with the producer.

According to Rolling Out, the Anybody Wanna Buy A Heart singer believed that Wright was among those who were suggesting that she could be lying when accusing Memphitz of physically attacking her. During the interview, Wright explained her position on what took place in the relationship with her ex-husband and K. Michelle, and how she never called K. a liar.

"I never called her a liar [and] I never will call her a liar," explained Wright in her own defense to K's accusations. She continued to explain how she's not in the position to speak on anything that happened between the two because she was not there and can't validate either one of their stories. "I wasn't there. I don't have anything to do with that situation," stated Wright. "I supported my husband. I supported the man that I know and still to this day. You can't get upset with me for supporting someone that I'm married to. I'm just being a supportive wife. I never said 'you are lying' because I mean, it's not my business and it's still not and it has nothing to do with me."

But K. Michelle has found her own way to still get mad at Wright despite the fact that she wasn't around at that time. Though the songstress deleted her own responses from the Instagram debate, Wright recounted many of the hurtful statements and jabs taken at her by "K' during their back and forth.

"...She called me dumb and dumber," recalled Wright. "She said she was gonna smack me on sight. Then [she] laugh[ed] at my book cover." Wright detailed how she felt like K. Michelle was trying to discredit her work and was picking on her for the entire world to see on Instagram. The published author stated how Instagram is a social media site that they both could've been using to promote something positive about both of their works and accomplishments but instead they chose to use it to bash one another.

Though Wright regrets her part in it and refers to the whole situation as "petty," she did willingly take part in the back and forth, but insists that it was K. Michelle who constantly instigated the situation. According to a Bossip report that captured some of the conversation that was later deleted via screen shots, Wright seemed to have had her choice words against K too.

"One thing I find interesting about you feeble ass is your abilitiy to be negative all the time," wrote Wright in one of her responses to the R&B singer. In the midst of Wright's rebuttal, she even found the heart to compliment the LHHA star saying that she had a beautiful voice. "Personally... I think you have a beautiful voice, but you always use it to say classless type sh*t. In fact tbh [(to be honest)] I think yo over inflated mouth is the only thing bigger than yo over inflated ass."

Despite the verbal jabs, Wright, 32, stated that she really has no beef with her ex-husband's ex-girlfriend and she really just wants to see her win just like she wants to see all women win.
