Manager Arsene Wenger hopes that Arsenal can have a momentous comeback with tonight's game.
"We have to show that we are at the level of this fight," Wenger told his team's official website. "Things can change quickly. We need to bounce back quickly on Wednesday night.
When asked about star player Alexis Sanchez's lack of goal recently, Wenger responded: "He is just coming back from injury. I believe that he is fighting to come back to his best. His second half was quite positive and encouraging at Manchester United. You don't want him to lose confidence and he wants to fight."
While Wenger and Arsenal lament over their recent loss, Swansea had a similar result against Tottenham Hotspur.
"It's disappointing to have lost and leave Spurs with nothing, but we have to keep our heads up and go again on Wednesday," said midfielder Leroy Fer, according to PremierLeague.com. "There are positives to take from Sunday's game, and we will take that to the Emirates on Wednesday. We have a strong squad here, and everyone is desperate to do their part to help the team get points."
