In the latest episode of the web series Sound Advice, in which Saturday Night Live cast member Vanessa Bayer plays media coach Janessa Slater, Drake reveals what it takes to be part of his rap crew — and it's "more than, like, a bag of Ruffles and some dip."

In a situation similar to Funny or Die's Between Two Ferns, Bayer asks awkward questions and gives awful advice to Drake. She tells him he should change his name to be more hip-hop (Graham Cracka, anyone?), questions his origination of the term "YOLO," and urges him to join a Jewish online dating site.

At one point, Bayer calls out the modern use of mixtapes in hip-hop music. "It's 1994 calling," she says after answering a fake phone call and having a fake conversation. "They want their technology back."

Drake maintains a serious and slightly offended demeanor throughout, making his interjections that much more hilarious.

This is not the first time Drake and Bayer have worked together in comedy. The Canadian rapper appeared as both host and musical performer on SNL for their January 18 episode.

Season Two of the web series premieres today on AboveAverage.com with episodes released each Wednesday. Other guests set to appear on the show are Tegan & Sara, Haim, TV on the Radio, and Sara Bareilles.
