The summer is coming hot and fast and that means a festivals every weekend in every corner of the globe. One of Canada's largest EDM festivals, Digital Dreams, has unveiled the first wave of artists who will head to Toronto at the beginning of July and they aren't holding back on the big name bookings. Among those who top the first phase include Axwell /\ Ingrosso, Armin van Buuren, Bassnectar, Danny Tenaglia and Above & Beyond.

Also included are UMEK, Borgore, Knife Party and Pendulum who will spin a DJ set with MC Verse, Cosmic Gate, GRiZ, Seven Lions, Tritonal, Infected Mushroom (Live), 3LAU and others.

The lineup is only two dozen deep at this point, but they have already built out a lineup with balance between the typical mainstage guys in Knife Party, Axwell /\ Ingrosso and Tritonal with some of the bigger underground names like Hannah Wants, Tiga, Chocolate Puma, UMEK and Danny Tenaglia. This is yet another lineup with just one woman headliner though.

Digital Dreams will take place on The Flats at Ontario Place on the Toronto waterfront right next to Echo Beach. The festival will occur over the weekend of July 2 and July 3.

Last year's lineup included the likes of Martin Garrix, Steve Angello, Zedd, John Digweed, Carl Cox, Anna Lunoe, Dubfire, Galantis and Arty. It suffered from some terrible weather that forced the festival to cancel day one with heavy rain and wind.

Tickets are on sale starting at $149 for a general admission pass. Pick them up via the Digital Dreams website.
