Chance The Rapper and Kelly Clarkson are scheduled to perform at the White House Xmas Tree ceremony. The two will also be joined by gospel legend Yolanda Adams during the National Christmas Tree Lighting event this upcoming Dec. 1.

It doesn’t come as a surprise that the rapper was included in the ceremony, as his track "Acid Rain” was on the President’s summer playlist. The Obama’s are also reportedly fans of his Coloring Book album.

The rapper revealed that the album is on rotation at the White House to GQ, saying, “They’re bumping Coloring Book hard up there. If you go up there, you’ll probably hear Coloring Book. This is not a joke at all.”

Billboard reports that the rapper was included in a group of music industry professionals who had a meeting with Obama this past April over his My Brother’s Keeper initiative. My Brother’s Keeper seeks to ignite the reform of Criminal Justice in the U.S.

Chance also performed “My Country ’Tis of Thee" at the second inauguration of Obama in 2013. He also was present at a celebration of Ray Charles at the White House.

The public is encouraged to enter a lottery that begins Oct. 7 to attend the 94th annual lighting of the tree. The lottery is available to the public at 10 A.M. that day on the official website.

The rapper is also currently on his Magnificent Coloring Tour, which began on Sept. 15 and is spanning the globe. The tour will run through American cities until Oct. 21.

Collaborators on White House favorite, Coloring Book, include Lil Wayne, 2 Chainz and Young Thug. He will also be joined by Skrillex, Alicia Keys and John Legend while on tour, as well as Philadelphia rapper Lil Uzi Vert.
