After the back to back airing of “Teen Wolf” Season 6 episodes 14 and 15 on Sunday, episode 16 has probably become the most anticipated episode. Unfortunately, the episode titled “Triggers” will not air as previously slated on September 3. The “MTV Music Awards” will pre-empt the episode’s airing on said date.

According to the “Teen Wolf” episode’s official synopsis, Liam (Dylan Sprayberry) and Theo (Cody Christian) will try to draw the Hunters away from Beacon Hills. Gerard Argent (Michael Hogan) has been successful in influencing new hunters to be merciless.

Liam and Theo working together seemed previously impossible to imagine. After all, the latter has proven in past seasons that he was someone who cannot be trusted by the pack. He, however, was able to prove himself to Scott (Tyler Possey), the pack’s Alpha.

Past episodes of the current season of “Teen Wolf” has brought fear to everyone in Beacon Hills more so after the supernatural villain was revealed in episode 15. The creature is called “Anuk Ite.”

It was previously revealed that there will be a 50-minute-long "super finale" reports TV Guide. It could be that there will be a montage that will air in the closing moments of the episode. This would explain the extra time given to the series finale.

Now that “Teen Wolf” is down to its last five episodes, actor Posey said that his character and Stiles will be shown with more maturity. Viewers have watched the two grow up right in front of their eyes since the show started in 2011. "You really get to see them grow up like you have every year, but there's definitely a different dynamic now, “ Posey went on to say to E! News.

Now that the pack knows who their enemy is, they are set to fight back on what is shaping up to be the biggest supernatural war in the world. This is after Gerard refused to engage in a peace talk and the deaths of Brett and Lori. Stiles (Dylan O'Brien) and Derek (Tyler Hoechlin) are expected to join their pack in the looming war.
