Arnold Schwarzenegger recently shared his thoughts on Eliza Dushku's recent sexual assault revelation. The actress claimed that she was assaulted during the filming of True Lies prior to its 1994 release.
Arnold Schwarzenegger Supports Eliza Dushku
On his social media account, the actor said that he would have done something about the incident if only he knew what was happening at that time. Schwarzenegger also said that he is proud of Dushku for coming forward. The actor played the role of the actress' dad in the movie.

Who Is Joel Kramer?
Dushku accused True Lies stunt coordinator Joel Kramer of sexually assaulting her when she was just 12 years old. The actress said that Kramer, who was 36 at that time, lured her to his hotel room during production.
Schwarzenegger worked with Kramer in several other projects following True Lies. The stunt man was part of the Junior, Batman & Robin, and Jingle All The Way crew. Kramer also served as stunt coordinator in the 2015 film, Terminator Genisys.
Jamie Lee Curtis Backs Her Co-Star
True Lies star Jamie Lee Curtis also responded to Dushku's shocking revelations via an essay on Monday, Jan. 15. The actress said that her former co-star's story has awakened her and made her realize that abuse of children actually takes place in the industry.
James Cameron Calls His Talent Brave
James Cameron, the director of True Lies, addressed the issue while at the Television Critics Association press tour day. He called Dushku "brave for speaking up."
"Because Hollywood deals with women who are victims 10-15-20 years ago who are famous today, so they get to have a louder voice when they come forward. Bravo for them for doing it and I'm glad Eliza did that," said Cameron.
More Accusations
Two other women accused Kramer of sexual assault. One of the accusers said Kramer engaged in statutory rape with her younger sister's 16-year-old friend. The second accuser, who used to work as an aspiring stunt woman, said that Kramer forced her to perform oral sex on him. Kramer has since denied all of the accusations.
