If you have a wedding dress in the closet, you may as well use it... Just three months after calling off her wedding with rapper Big Sean, Glee star Naya Rivera is a married woman. Today (July 23) the singer/actress announced that she wed actor Ryan Dorsey on July 19 in a secret, intimate ceremony.

According to People, Rivera and longtime friend Dorsey's relationship changed from a simple friendship to a deeper romance after she split from Big Sean in April. They decided to make that into a "happily ever after" over the weekend in a beach ceremony in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in front of a small group of family members.

Wearing a body hugging, long sleeved lace Monique Lhuiller gown with a keyhole back, Rivera walked down the sandy beach seemingly barefoot to greet her "true love."

"We feel truly blessed to be joined as husband and wife. Our special day was fated and everything we could have ever asked for," the couple said in a statement. "True love always prevails."

The couple eschewed a honeymoon following the exotic wedding and is now residing together in Los Angeles.

The shocking nuptials took place three months after Rivera broke off her engagement one year together (including their seven month betrothment).

As for Rivera's new hubby? He's an actor. A former attendee of the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, Dorsey's acting credits include guest television appearances on Parks and Recreation, Southland, Mob City and You're The Worst, according to iMDB.
