Miley Cyrus breaks into the home of Jimmy Kimmel with a human wrecking ball in her hilarious prank on the late-night television host.

The 25-year-old singer made a special appearance on an episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live on ABC on Monday, May 21.

Miley Cyrus Pranks Jimmy Kimmel

"For whatever reason, I have become the victim of an unusual prank multiple times," the small screen personality told his audience. "I thought that was that, but I guess this is a series now because the other night, yet another music superstar barged into my dreams."

In the footage of the prank, Cyrus arrived at Kimmel's home in California at 1 in the morning wearing an orange worker's vest, a hard hat, and holding a sledgehammer with fairy lights wrapped around it. The theme recalls her now infamous hit "Wrecking Ball," from her 2013 album Bangerz

The video also showed the former child star colluding with Kimmel's wife, Molly, who opened the doors for the celebrity and her crew, which includes a man wearing strobe lights, to execute their prank.

"I'm coming in like a wrecking ball just for you, Jimmy," she taunted the late-night host.

While Molly was aware of what was going on, her husband clearly was not. The singer-songwriter barged into the Kimmels' bedroom singing Billboard Hot 100 chart-topper and slinging her sledgehammer on the bed.

The television host remained lying on the bed, surprised but still sleepy, as Cyrus recreated her memorable 2013 music video for the song. She even brought her own wrecking ball to the scene for the complete experience.

This, of course, was not the first time that a celebrity barged into Kimmel's home for a late-night prank. In 2015, Rihanna started the trend by turning the TV personality's bedroom into the hottest nightclub in the city.

A year later, Britney Spears did a similar thing with half-naked male dancers who jumped on the bed for a sexy performance.

Kimmel also had a prank war with his celebrity neighbors, John Krasinski and Emily Blunt, which went on for a really long time.

Liam Hemsworth Pranks Miley Cyrus

Cyrus probably had the idea to prank Kimmel through her on-and-off boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth. The actor, who previously appeared in The Hunger Games, also loves to play a trick on the Hannah Montana star.

Last month, while on the road, Cyrus wanted to take a selfie for her millions of followers on Instagram. Hemsworth took the opportunity to prank her by scaring her so badly that she dropped her phone.

Even at home, the former Disney star was not safe from the Aussie actor's pranks. A few weeks ago, holding his phone to capture the moment, he again scared Cyrus so hard that she almost cried.

On the caption, he wrote: "She love when I do this."

The two met and fell in love while filming the 2010 movie The Last Song
