Sir Lucian Grainge Honored With A Star On The Hollywood Walk Of Fame HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA - JANUARY 23: Justin Bieber (L) and Tori Kelly (R) attend an event honoring Sir Lucian Grainge with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on January 23, 2020 in Hollywood, California.

According to Deadline, the pop star filed a defamation lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court. Bieber said that the allegations were factually impossible and were disproven by the individuals' admissions and indisputable documentary evidence. The "Sorry" hitmaker claims that the assaults are 'outrageous, fabricated lies,' as per the report of TMZ last month.

TMZ also reported that the Twitter subpoena would help Bieber identify the accusers, but it may take several months to get the validated information. The pop star is seeking $20 million in damages ($10 million from each accuser).

What do the accusers claim?

Bieber sued two Jane Does, who go on social media as Danielle and Kadi, with the Twitter handles @danielleglvn and @ItsnotKadi. According to the legal documents presented, the singer thinks that only one person may have been running the two social media accounts.

People reported that Danielle claimed that she was sexually assaulted on March 9, 2014, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Austin, Texas. However, his camp claims multiple witnesses and documentary evidence prove that Bieber did not stay at that hotel in March 2014. Danielle's allegations also contradicted prior written statements of Kadi's accusations, which is likewise factually impossible and is supported by falsified or faked texts only, as stated in the legal files.

According to the filing, Danielle fabricated her sexual encounter at the Four Seasons Hotel with Bieber because it was publicly reported that during that time, Bieber had dinner at the said place on March 10, 2014. The singer was presumed to be in the hotel because of the public reports. However, though Bieber went to the restaurant, he did not stay at the hotel.

Justin Bieber lambasted Twitter accusers

Bieber posted his response to Twitter after the accusations became public, as per MSN. Justin said, in a series of tweets, that he doesn't normally address things as he has dealt with random accusations his entire career. But the singer decided to speak up after talking to his wife and his team.

Bieber said, "Rumors are rumors, but sexual abuse is something I don't take lightly." The singer added to his tweet that he wanted to speak out right away; however, Bieber respects many victims who deal with the same issue every day. The "Never Say Never" singer wanted to make sure he gathered the facts before making any statement.

The "Yummy" singer continued his tweet saying that in the past 24 hours (June 22, 2020), there was a new Twitter user who told a story about Bieber being involved with sexual abuse on March 9, 2014, at the Four Seasons Hotel. Bieber cleared the issue by ending his tweet, saying that it is not true, and he will show that he was never present at the said location.
