Adding to the many 2020 celebrity babies, Ashley Tisdale is revealed to be pregnant with her first child. The singer-actress is best known for her portrayal of rival Sharpay Evans in "High School Musical" films, which stars Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens.

Her pregnancy was confirmed when she posted photos on Instagram. In two photos, the actress is seen posing with her husband, Christopher French, with both wearing white clothes. The set of photos had no caption, but the cute baby bump was visible. Celebrities and friends went to the comment section to congratulate the couple.

She married French, a TV and film composer, back in 2014, and they are now expecting their first baby together.

Tisdale appeared in many advertisements and had supporting roles in theatre and television before getting her first break as Maddie Fitzpatrick in "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody." This was just the beginning as her star shone brighter when she landed a role in "High School Musical."

Thanks to the teen musical film series, Tisdale got a record deal with Warner Brothers Records and launched her debut album "Headstrong" in 2007. That album earned her a gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America.

Her mainstream success was not stopping there because she lent her voice for Candace Flynn, one of the main characters in Disney's "Phineas & Ferb" cartoon series. She continued to make many appearances on TV while taking the time to create music.

The High School Musical actress released her second studio album "Guilty Pleasure" in 2009 and third album "Symptoms" ten years after.

Tisdale also made a Youtube channel where she uploads cover versions of her favorite songs. Along with former High School Musical co-star Vanessa Hudgens, she uploaded their version of "Ex's & Oh's" by Elle King.

She is supposedly working on her fourth album following "Symptoms" and released a track called "Lemons." Many speculate the track to be the single from the upcoming album.
