Selena Gomez reportedly was involved in a car accident this weekend. The event was minor and no one sustained injuries, but Gomez was technically the party at fault.

Gomez was in a 7/11 convenience store parking lot in North Hollywood on Sunday. The singer/actress unwittingly backed into another vehicle as she was trying to leave the parking lot.

Gomez's SUV left the scene with a minor amount of damage. In photos taken at the scene of the accident, Gomez's bumper is only slightly dented. The state of the victim's car after the crash has not been verified. However, the two were clearly seen exchanging insurance information, so it would appear that any damage is to be be taken care of. There were no injuries and police officers were not called to the scene, according to reports.

In an apologetic gesture, Gomez offered the other driver and their partner a free spa day to make up for her mistake.

Later, Gomez claimed it was the paparazzi that caused her to crash. Her complaint was posted via Twitter, where she said, "Only I'd get into an accident because of men with cameras who have great careers and offer the couple a package at Burke Williams. Oh LA."

Gomez has previously struggled with paparazzi issues, especially since her release from rehab. Despite her openness with the public about her emotional problems, the paparazzi have continued to heckle the 22-year-old. They have been especially pressing about her public falling out with former boyfriend Justin Bieber.
