Billie Eilish savagely responded to Kanye West after the rapper told her to apologize to Travis Scott.

Eilish caught West's attention when a video of the young singer halting her concert to help a fan in the middle of the crowd went viral. She also asked her team to help the woman before telling the crowd to move back a little and take a deep breath.

"I wait for people to be okay before I keep going," she said, causing the crowd to cheer on her.

Although she did not mention anyone at that time, some internet users and West assumed that she targeted Travis Scott, whose Astroworld Festival claimed 10 lives and left hundreds of others injured.

Kim Kardashian's ex-husband then ignited a feud online, saying she should apologize to Scott for commenting on the situation that way. West insisted her to do so - although she did not mention Scott at all - and threatened to leave Coachella if she refuses to say her sorry.

"Come on Billie we love you. Please apologize to Trav and to the families of the people who lost their lives. No one intended this to happen," West wrote on his Instagram page. "Trav didn't have any idea of what was happening when he was on stage and was very hurt by what happened, and yes Trav will be with me at Coachella, but now I need Billie to apologize before I perform."

Billie Eilish Responds to Kanye West

Eilish knocked out West using a few words as she responded to his comment.

"Literally never said a thing about travis. was just helping a fan," she said in the comments section.

Indeed, Eilish never uttered Scott's name. But it is also worth noting that it was not the first time she paused her concert to make sure her fans remain healthy throughout her performance. In September 2021, the singer stopped her show at the Governors Ball Music Festival in New York City and asked the security to help a fan in the crowd.

She then questioned why they were not paying attention as she directed them into the crowd. Again, before restarting her performance, she asked if everyone was okay.

With that said, fans can safely say that Eilish knows how to take care of her fans, and she would never comment on the artists who ignored the safety of their attendees.
