Since its postponement last month, Adele's Las Vegas residency has been up in the air, with fans constantly asking when Adele would resume it. But in recent reports, it would seem like the date is one step away from being final.

"Weekends with Adele" was supposed to be held at The Colosseum at Caesar's Palace in Sin City, Las Vegas, last January 21 until April 16 this year.

However, in a tearful video that the British superstar posted on Instagram last month, she disappointingly announced the postponement of her much-anticipated Sin City residency.

The string of performances in Las Vegas would mark her first public performance this year after launching her banger album "30" in 2021.

With the uptick of COVID-19 in the United States because of the Omicron variant, Adele's Las Vegas Residency was put on hold, affecting her crew and team with the virus.

Gutted with the delay, the "Easy on Me" hitmaker apologized to her fans repeatedly and even surprised them in a video call that brought her and her fans to tears.

With the constant affirmation of Adele to her fans that her Las Vegas Residency will continue this year, some sources say that it is finally happening, and it is nearer than fans expected.

Weekends with Adele in the Summer?

Metro UK reported that Adele's camp is already in talks with The Caesar Palace's bosses to discuss continuing her postponed Las Vegas residency.

The camp is attempting to book the "unfulfilled" dates at the venue between June and September 2022.

As reported, Keith Urban, Rod Stewart, and Sting booked The Caesar's Palace until June 18.

However, the schedule shows empty between Sting's final concert on June 18 and Rod's return for a second block of performances beginning September 23.

Already headlined on performing at the British Summer Time, the venue team is hopeful that Adele will fly back to Las Vegas right after the engagement as it is the only available window.

The Sun reported that the current reported schedule would "make the most sense" considering the window time.

"Talks are ongoing at the moment, and the hope is that Adele's rearranged dates will be agreed very soon," Adele's team explained.

Adele has made it very clear that the residency shall happen this year and The Sun reports that her team is keen on locking the dates.
