Despite all the allegations of Matthew Tyler Vorce cheating on Billie Eilish, which eventually reportedly caused their breakup, the ex-BF refuses to admit such. Instead, he's adamant that the relationship ended just because - and those who dare claim otherwise, are actually cowards.

On the song that is widely considered to be the greatest off of Billie Eilish's new album, she sings, "When I'm away from you, I'm happier than ever." It's unfortunate, but the lines can be applicable to her ex-boyfriend Matthew Tyler Vorce at this point in time. Matthew, age 30, has been accused of being unfaithful amid a flurry of allegations, and it appears that he and Billie, age 20, are no longer together.

The cheating rumors however, irked him no bounds, causing him to lash out.

"Nobody cheated on anyone," Matthew posted to his Instagram Story on Monday (May 30). "Relationships end. Simple as that. Creating rumors and LYING on the internet is dangerous."

In a previous Instagram story, Matthew made a reference to the claims of infidelity. The actor ripped at his critics and discussed the impact that parasocial ties may have on a renowned person's fanbase while using a picture of a MEN billboard as the background image in his post. Matthew wrote in response to the vitriol that was flooding his comment sections,

"The fact that thousands of people take time out of their day to write the most heinous things one someone they will never knows(sic) posts is the most cowardly thing you can possibly do," wrote Matthew, clearly upset at all the bashing that he is receiving. "Live your own life."

But because Billie Eilish is staying  mum, it's hard to side with him and just accept the fact that they have amicably split without a third party involved. If the decision was mutual, the least they can do or would do for the matter, is release a joint statement that even though they still love each other, parting ways is the best for the both of them. You know, the usual cliches.

If Billie Eilish has been truly cheated on and she has proof, for instance, then what her ex is doing now is classic gaslighting, not just of her but of the public. He did not have to fly off the handle like that if there were no truths to the accusations being made, but then those rumors would not emerge for no reason either.

In April 2021, Page Six released exclusive images of the "Happier Than Ever" singer, 20, and Vorce, 30, enjoying coffee together. Due to Vorce's relationship with Eilish, he was scrutinized by her admirers, who then unearthed his racist social media posts. Subsequently, he offered an apology for the remarks.

"I want to apologize for the things that I wrote on social media in the past. The language I used was hurtful and irresponsible and I understand how offensive those words are," he wrote in June 2021. "Whether it was a lyric, a quote or just me being dumb, it does not matter.
