Ozzy Osbourne personally shed some light on his current health status following his recent battles.

After facing COVID-19 and going through his life-altering surgery, Osbourne surprised his fans at San Diego Comic-Con where he promoted his upcoming LP.

On Saturday, he joined comic artist Todd McFarlene at the event and shared an update to Entertainment Tonight. The former Black Sabbath frontman particularly disclosed his current status after going through a surgery that would define his whole life.

"It's great, it's great. I like to see people, you know. That's been the hardest thing of the past few years, because I've been trying to recover from my surgery. I'm getting there. It's a slow climb back, you know?" he said.

Osbourne proved that he is stronger than ever by releasing his new album, "Patient Number 9," and his single "Degradation Rules."

His appearance at SDCC came after he appeared in the latest episode of his Sirius XM show "Ozzy Speaks." He revealed that he thought Eric Clapton stalked him for years after meeting him and Grace Jones at an award show in New York decades ago.

The rocker reportedly went paranoid as he assumed the guitarist was still mad at him and hated him. But a few weeks after an AA meeting, he realized that Clapton was not truly mad at him at all.

Ozzy Osbourne Health Issue

Osbourne first sparked worries after Sharon revealed on "The Talk" that she would return to Los Angeles to be with her husband's side during his major operation. At that time, she revealed that it would determine the rest of his life.

The procedure allowed his doctors to realign the pins in his neck and back after his 2019 fall. It was tricky since he would need a lengthy amount of recuperation due to his age, and the nature of the surgery made it risky.

It was just one of the health scares he faced in the past years as he suffered pneumonia, flu complications, and a hand infection. He also faced a nervous breakdown and was even admitted to a mental hospital amid his Diary of a Madman tour.

Osbourne himself eventually assured his fans that he was doing well after the surgery.

"I am now home from the hospital recuperating comfortably. I am definitely feeling the love and support from all my fans and send everyone a big thank you for their thoughts, prayers, and well wishes during my recovery," he wrote on Twitter.
