According to media reports, Aaron Carter's twin sister Angel recently nominated herself as the executor of her brother's estate.

Aaron's estimated net worth was $550,000, but according to court filings, Aaron's real estate was valued at a stunning $750,000.

"I, Angel Conrad, hereby nominate myself as administrator of Estate of the decedent - Aaron Carter," read Angel's court filing. "I am the sister of the decedent Aaron Carter. Under the California Probate Code, I am entitled to Letters of Administration of the Estate of Aaron Carter, by virtue of being the surviving sister of the decedent. I am a resident of the State of California and I am over the age of 18," it stated.

Angel's application reportedly identifies Aaron's one-year-old son Prince as a potential beneficiary of his assets. The ashes of Jane's deceased son Aaron will be scattered in the Florida Keys.

Anyone knows that while alive, Aaron Carter and his twin have had some animosity between them. Angel nominating herself as the estate administrator is therefore admirable and suspicious both. Admirable because it appears that she is letting bygones be bygones, but also suspicious because money is involved. It remains to be seen what will happen.

Back in 2019, multiple sources indicated that a Los Angeles court extended Angel Carter's restraining order against her twin brother Aaron Carter on Tuesday.

According to court documents obtained, the order shielding Angel, 31, from her brother - which was first issued in September - has now been extended until November 19, 2020. It can be remembered that since then, Carter had been aloof to associate with any of his family members.

ET reports that the "Aaron's Party" singer was prohibited from coming within 100 yards of Angel and her husband Corey Conrad, as well as their place of business and residence. He's not to "harass or threaten them in any way, including on social media."

If Angel will be granted the role though, one person who would not contest it would be Melanie Martin, Aaron's fiancee and the mother of their child. Melanie Martin just hopes that Aaron Carter's family will care out for their 1-year-old son, Prince, following his untimely death last month. Carter's fiancée told Us Weekly that she does not want any issues or worry about Aaron's estate.

All she wants is for Prince to be cared for and for Aaron's legacy to endure. She firmly asserted that whoever wants to be in Prince's life may be in Prince's life. After the singer passed away without a will, the OnlyFans model was compelled to leave their Los Angeles residence. Reportedly, he gave his estate to the State of California. Martin added that she was "devastated" and "did everything she could to save him" after his death earlier this month.

She shared that her heart is shattered by the passing of Aaron. She personally knew he was struggling, and she tried everything to help him. However, as he had a very strong and independent personality, she was unable to assist him as she believed he required. She continued that she only wished she had more individuals to assist her with him.

She promised to be strong for their baby even as a single, devastated mom. The singer of "Aaron Party" had battled drugs and mental health concerns for the most of his life. He was found with many cans of compressed air and prescription medicine bottles at the time of his death.
