Christine McVie's personal belongings were auctioned off this weekend, and in the wake of her passing, one can guarantee they fetched a hefty price.

Over 800 objects belonging to three separate Fleetwood Mac members, including CMV, were auctioned off by Julien's Auctions on Saturday and Sunday in Beverly Hills, and Christine's goods were extremely popular.

Among the items of hers that were auctioned off are clothing she formerly wore, as well as Christine's own musical instruments and stage equipment... thus, unique collectibles. Two of Christine's outfits were sold, including the vintage maxi dress she wore for the blockbuster album Rumours (which sold for $56,250) and the polka dot chiffon hippie dress she wore to the 1976 Rock Music Awards (which sold for $31,250).

There's more ... the singer's Leslie speaker and her very own mics brought in $37,500; her touring Hammond B3 organ got $28,125; her Yamaha electric baby grand piano sold for $22,400; and Christine's other stage-played organ went for $18,750.

Almost $200,000 in total.

Other FM artifacts were part of the sale too - some of John McVie's belongings were also sold, such as his guitars and bass tallied up roughly a quarter of a million dollars on its own.

Also, Mick Fleetwood's renowned wooden 'Rumours' balls snagged $128k on their own. Everything sold like hotcakes, and for sure Christine's passing played a part in the interest.

Thing is, despite her cause of death Is old age, there are other assumptions being made about her genuine reason of death til now. One critical theory that arose is that she died from the COVID-19 immunization.

Immediately following the announcement of Christine McVie's passing, anti-vaccination campaigners asserted that the 79-year-old Fleetwood Mac vocalist and pianist died of vaccine-induced sudden death (SADS / VIDS / VDS)! It is now customary for anti-vaccination extremists to blame the COVID-19 vaccine for any celebrity deaths or illnesses.

This is another another example of fake news fabricated and disseminated by anti-vaccination advocates, as her family would have spoken otherwise if the rumors were true. Fans cannot be faulted, however, for instantly accepting such false rumors, considering MacVie's family did not identify the cause of his death.

Christine Anne McVie (born Christine Ann Perfect on July 12, 1943) died of a brief illness on Wednesday, November 30, 2022. Her family did not disclose the nature of her sickness, but stated she passed away peacefully in a hospital surrounded by her loved ones.
