Since the death of Kelly Preston in 2020, close friends of actor-singer John Travolta have noticed a great shift in his demeanor.
He has allegedly made a solemn vow to remain loyal to his late wife until the end of his days and is not interested in pursuing any other romantic relationships.
As an insider revealed to Radar Online, the "Hairspray" actor refuses to even entertain the thought of being with another woman; none of his friends' alleged attempts at setting him up have been successful.
John has been severely impacted by the death of his beloved wife following her two-year battle with breast cancer.
A close friend revealed that this tragic event has shaped how he views love and relationships going forward.
They explained, "It's hands off when it comes to dating. As far as he is concerned, his late wife will always be the only woman for him."
The same source close to the "Grease" star disclosed that "he talks about her constantly. Their lives were so intertwined, it's very hard for him to go on without her."
It has also been claimed that even when his heart stops beating and he takes his last breath, John will always remember Kelly Preston as his one true love.
Though he is not on the hunt for a new woman to love, the insider close to him notes that it is as if he has taken a vow of celibacy.
Instead, all his attention is devoted towards the two children in his life: Ella and Ben.
