The frontman indirectly confirmed his engagement to his partner when he spoke to a reporter from the N1 channel. He was on a trip to Saravejo, Bosnia-Herzegovina, during the quick interview.

Iron Maiden's Bruce Dickinson Calls Leana Dolci His "Fiancee"

Dickinson appeared on the channel to promote his March 22 performance of Jon Lord's "Concerto For Group And Orchestra" at Sports Hall Mirza Delibasic. The interviewer asked him whether Sarajevo, where the performance venue is located, is his "home," the singer talked about Dolci instead and mentioned that she was also coming.

"My fiancée is coming. She's never been here. She's French. And I was coming in. I was hoping I was gonna be able to say, 'Okay, so here's [the Sarajevo street formerly named] Proleterskih Brigada,' and blah blah blah. But no, we came here a different way and everything," he said.

Dickinson expressed his hopes for his fiancée to have some time to see the city and "wonderful bits of Sarajevo" during her visit.

The singer did not detail his engagement with his partner. He has also yet to confirm their wedding plans.

If Dickinson and Dolci tie the knot, it would be the singer's third marriage after his previous marriages with Patrice "Paddy" Bowden and Erica "Jane" Barnett.

Bruce Dickinson's Past Marriages Explored

Dickinson's first marriage occurred in 1984. At that time, he tied the knot with Erica "Jane" Barnett but ultimately called it quits in 1984.

Their split led the musician to meet his second wife, psychotherapist Patrice "Paddy" Bowden, whom he shares three children with: Austin, Griffin, and Kia. He married Bowden in 1990 after two years of dating.

In 2019, reports about their split emerged, ending their almost 30 years of marriage. It was believed that they broke up privately in 2018.

A tragedy, unfortunately, occurred a year later after Bowden was found dead at her home in Chiswick, West London, in May 2020. Emergency responders revealed at that time that they were attending to someone who was reportedly feeling unwell.

A spokesperson for the London Ambulance Service detailed that it sent two ambulance crews to the scene, with the first one arriving within two minutes after receiving the call at 9:42 a.m.

However, Bowden succumbed afterward. Her cause of death was never confirmed or publicized.
