Fans still can't move on how amazing The Weeknd's "Dawn FM" album was after its release a year ago and it seems like the musician is ready to drop more music in the near future.

According to Complex, the "Save Your Tears" hitmaker recently took to his official Instagram Live to tease followers about his new songs.

The singer previewed a cover track of the classic John Lennon song titled "Jealous Guy" and he also teased an upcoming collaboration with Future.

The new collab track is being produced by Mike Dean, who also performed a saxophone solo during the live stream while featuring the vocals of the two musicians.

As of this writing, The Weeknd has yet to announce the official release date of his upcoming album.

The Weeknd to Release a Trilogy of Albums: Is It Coming Out Soon?

In early reports, the singer shared a tweet online last year where he confirmed that "Dawn FM" and "After Hours" are part of a trilogy.

"i wonder... did you know you're experiencing a new trilogy?" he wrote.

In the past, the musician already released an album titled "Trilogy" which featured his mixtapes "House of Balloons," "Echoes of Silence," and "Thursday."

This isn't the first time The Weeknd hinted that his recent albums are interconnected with each other as he previously said during the Billboard Music Awards that once "After Hours" are done, "the dawn is coming."

As of this writing, the musician has yet to reveal the title and official tracklist of his upcoming record.

The Weeknd 'Dawn FM' Success

According to Complex, "Dawn FM" is one of the singer's biggest releases as it amassed a shocking 60 million streams on Spotify just 24 hours after it dropped.

It also sold a staggering 150,000 to 170,000 equivalent album units during its first week. Some of the featuring artists in his record include Lil Wayne, Jim Carrey, Quincy Jones, and many more.

In other updates, Guinness World Records declared The Weeknd as the world's most popular artist after being the first musician to reach 100 million monthly listeners on Spotify.

It wasn't his first world title as he also hold the most streamed album on the music streaming platform in 2015 and having the most consecutive weeks in the Top 10 of Billboard chart's Hot 100 by a solo male artist.
