It's been more than a decade since Oasis released their final studio album titled "Dig Out Your Soul" and fans wanted to hear more from the disbanded group despite their ongoing issues.

There's good news for loyal supporters as a new project is making rounds online featuring Liam Gallagher's vocals, but there's a big twist; his voice was generated by artificial intelligence.

According to Consequence, the project was made possible by the United Kingdom-based band Breezer.

Members Bobby Geraghty, Jon Claire, and Chris Woodgates, recently spoke to The Guardian about the album, saying they assigned an artificial intelligence inspired by Gallagher's to sing vocals for the project.

The instrumental part of the songs was played by the three bandmates and they assured fans that it sounds "exactly like Oasis."

Oasis AI Album Origin

The upcoming project was inspired by "an alternate reality concept album" called "The Lost Tapes Volume One." The concept revolves around the band's original lineup if they were to continue writing music.

Another reason why Breezer decided to create the album is that they "got bored waiting for Oasis to reform" as the two Gallagher brothers are "trying to outdo each other."

Jon Claire added that they wanted to take fans a trip down memory lane and give "nostalgia" as Oasis never got the chance to have closure from supporters because they got "worse and worse over the years."

Oasis AI Album: Liam Gallagher Reacts to His Virtual Voice

It appears that Liam Gallagher approves of the band's project as he reacted to the AI album after a fan asked him if he heard the record.

Taking to his official Twitter account, the musician said he hasn't heard the entire album but he heard a tune which he considers "better than all the other snizzle out there."

Regarding his artificial intelligence-generated voice on the project, Gallagher wrote, "Mad as f*** I sound mega."

As of this writing, other members of Oasis—Noel Gallagher, Paul Arthurs, Paul McGuigan, Tony McCarroll, Alan White, Gem Archer, and Andy Bell—have yet to react to the AI album.

Oasis was one of the most renowned bands in the music industry. They were formed in Manchester, England, in 1991 until their disbandment in 2009 after Liam Gallagher reportedly destroyed his brother's red Gibson guitar in a heated argument.
