According to Complex, the "Take Care" rapper took a risk and placed a $1 million bet on Gervonta "Tank" Davis when he went against the young boxer, Ryan Garcia.

His risk paid off as he won a whopping $1.38 million. Hours before the fight, he took to his official Instagram stories and shared a screenshot of his betting slip showing the estimated payout, writing, "Tank day aka pay day."

Gervonta 'Tank' Davis Reacts to Drake's Support

After winning his match against Garcia, the 28-year-old boxer reacted to Drake's support, joking that he needs "half" of the money he won.

He later noted that it's "pretty cool" to have people like Drake to believe in him and it inspired him to "push even harder."

"Shoutout to Drake and the rest of the people that back me," he added.

Speaking about his plans, Davis said his recent match was only the beginning for him and he has a bright future ahead.

Regarding Ryan Garcia's side, the boxer said his opponent caught him with a "good shot" and he will not make any excuses because he couldn't recover.

In other updates, Drake added new tour dates to his "It's All a Blur" tour with 21 Savage. Fans are excited to see him perform live again as it took him nearly five years to go on a series of concerts; his last headlining show was in 2018 for the "Aubery & the Three Migos" tour.

The rapper added new shows in Memphis, Columbus, Brooklyn, Milwaukee, Inglewood, Glendale, Denver, Austin, Nashville, and Toronto.

Cash App Card and Sprite presales will be starting on April 26 at 12 p.m. local time. It will conclude on April 27 at 10 a.m. local time for the Cash App Card presale while 10 p.m. for the Sprite presale.
