Blake called the event "tragic and unfortunate," noting that Colucci - who he had been working with since March 2022 - received 12 cosmetic procedures. Among the operations include lip reduction, jaw surgery, implants, a nose job, face life, eye lift, and eyebrow lift. He also received minor surgeries in between.

Saint Von Colucci Was Insecure About His Looks

The publicist told the publication that Colucci knew how risky the jaw implant surgery was. However, he still pushed through with it since he wanted to reshape his natural jaw and make it look like what BTS' Jimin has.

"He was very insecure about his looks," Blake said. "He had a very square jawline and chin and he didn't like the shape of it because he thought it was too wide and wanted a V-shape, the shape many Asians have."

Colucci opted to have the surgeries for his role in the Kdrama, Pretty Lies. The filming started in June and was completed the recording in December. Blake did not share more details about the series, but he revealed that Colucci played one of the main characters in the show which is set to be released on a major US streaming network in October.

The publicist added that his artist was excited about the release as he was hoping it would help him score stardom before launching his music career. He reportedly tried his luck in 2019. However, Colucci was, reportedly, felt discriminated because of his Western looks.
