Kylie Minogue is Guns N' Roses bassist Duff McKagan's guilty delight.

Kylie Minogue Music 'Good Rubbish'

The 59-year-old rocker confesses he has listened to a great deal of pop music because of his two daughters, Grace 'Grave' Elizabeth, 25, and Mae Marie, 22, whom he shares with his wife Susan. He also admitted to liking the Australian pop princess' "real good rubbish" music.

"Ultimate Kylie," Kylie's 2004 greatest hits album, was named by Duff as the album "no one will believe I own."

He told Classic Rock magazine: "I have way too many guilty pleasures. I have two daughters, man - there's a lot of pop at my house. How about Antony The Johnsons? Not guilty enough? Okay, here's one... What's the chick's name? She's about my age... Kylie Minogue! Her music is real good rubbish."

The musician, who will headline Glastonbury with Axl Rose and company next month, also revealed that he wished he'd had the opportunity to perform for late music icon Prince and that he wishes he'd created Soundgarden's 1996 album 'Down On The Upside'.

Duff, who has also performed in Velvet Revolver with his former Guns N' Roses bandmates Slash and Matt Sorum, as well as fleeting stints in Alice in Chains and Jane's Addiction, told the publication, "That last Soundgarden album was f***ing killer.

He said he could genuinely name any Soundgarden album in response to this question. He added, ""I would love to have been part of any of their albums. I wish I'd been in Jeff Buckley's band, too, or that I'd gotten to play with Prince."

Kylie Minogue New Album 2023

This month, Kylie Minogue will reportedly release the highly anticipated first single from her sixteenth studio album. The icon, whose 15th and most recent album "DISCO" was released in 2020, has been diligently working on the project, the specifics of which are being kept under wraps.

However, according to The Sun's Bizarre column, Kylie will release the album's debut single before her 55th birthday on May 28. "Kylie has completed her album and is now eager to resume her musical career," according to insiders. "It is under lock and key, and hardly anyone at her label has heard it.

The release of the first single will occur later this month. It's classic Kylie and is certain to please her admirers."

Kylie is believed to have collaborated with Lost Boy, whose previous clients include Ava Max, Ellie Goulding, and Rita Ora, on the track.

Previously reported song titles for the project include "When You Love Someone," "Hold On To Now," and "Tension," and it is believed that producer Sky Adams, with whom Kylie collaborated on successes such as Dancing and Stop Me From Falling, is involved in the recording.

Kylie released her first new music since 2021 with the Oliver Heldens collaboration 10 Out of 10, which is slated to appear on expanded editions of her sixteenth studio album. In February, the Love at First Sight hitmaker returned to the Sydney WorldPride stage with an eight-song set that included a surprise appearance by her sister Dannii.
