In one of the most famous scenes in the 2004 comedy movie, "White Chicks," the characters of Marlon and Shawn Wayans won a dance battle by rocking it out to "Crazy in Love."

The scene of girls and guys dancing to a Beyonce song-especially "Crazy in Love"-is not unheard of, however, this particular song happens to be 20 years old this year.

Aside from being an iconic club song, it also happens to be the single that kicked off Beyonce's highly successful and glamorous career in the music industry, reports said.

While it is not the first song Jay-Z has worked on with Beyonce and not the last, it is by far the most memorable and remarkable out of them all.

'Crazy in Love'

Following the news of the song celebrating its 20th anniversary, fans flocked to social media to gush about how consistent Beyonce has been since the start of her career.

"History was made," a fan wrote.

"And STILL at the top of her game today," another added.

"An Eternal hit" was how a fan described "Crazy in Love," while another said it is "one of the most iconic songs in history."

According to reports, the song spent eight weeks on top of the music charts.

"Before I started recording the album I had to figure out what producers to work with," Beyonce explained back in 2003. "When I heard it, I was like, 'Oh my God, that's perfect.'"

Perfect Collaboration

If there was such a thing as a perfect collaboration, Beyonce and Jay-Z already did it back in 2003 with "Crazy in Love."

To top off the iconic collab, the pair were already dating long before it was recorded and it came out, which is probably why the song still rings true for them.

According to People magazine, Beyonce and the rapper-slash-producer began dating when the "Alien Superstar" singer was 19 years old.

"We were friends first for a year and a half before we went on any dates," Beyonce said in an interview. "We were on the phone for a year and a half, and that foundation is so important for a relationship. Just to have someone who you just like is so important, and someone [who] is honest."

It seems like the foundation the couple laid out is solid and strong, even two decades later.
