Madonna's near-death experience was far worse than the public is aware.

Madonna Had to be REVIVED

According to an exclusive report by RadarOnline.com, when the body of the pop icon was discovered unresponsive on June 24, those who discovered her were compelled to administer a NARCAN injection. Otherwise, she might no longer be here at present.

NARCAN is a medical treatment used in emergency situations to rectify the life-threatening effects of an overdose.

However, it is also used to reverse acute septic shock in patients, a condition that Madonna reportedly experienced.

The injection, which is commonly found in the medical treatment kits of the rich and renowned, is regarded as useful for increasing blood pressure in the treatment of septic shock, a life-threatening condition characterised by dangerously low blood pressure.

There is no evidence that the hitmaker required NARCAN for drug-related side effects. A representative for Madonna declined to comment.

As previously reported by RadarOnline.com, the 64-year-old Material Girl singer was intubated for at least one night in a New York hospital before the tube was withdrawn.

According to the official explanation, a severe bacterial infection landed her in intensive care. Her family was told to "expect the worst" during the days she was connected to a ventilator. While Madonna is now conscious and recuperating at home surrounded by family and friends, new details about the medical drama have emerged.

Pop Star Recovery 'Not So Good'?

Moreover, her recently-graduated elementary school-aged twins, Estere and Stella, were at the family residence during the incident. The assistant reportedly discovered the musical star.

Also, after being admitted to the hospital last week for a bacterial illness, Madonna is apparently not recovering as rapidly as being anticipated. Some fans are even wondering if she is really recovering. According to people close to Madonna and reported by TMZ, the 64-year-old "Express Yourself" singer is still "weak and very tired" and spends a lot of time in bed.

This occurs when the initial launch date for her "Celebration" tour approaches. The "Like a Prayer" icon's longtime manager Guy Oseary said the tour would be postponed owing to her health concern but added that she was anticipated to make a "full recovery."

Prayers for Madonna.
