Johnny Depp and Hollywood Vampires marked their first US stop for the band's ongoing tour.

After previously canceling several Hollywood Vampires shows, the band officially marked its first US show at the Boch Center's Wang Theatre in Boston. The sold-out concert welcomed 3,500 fans who had been eyeing to see the members - Alice Cooper, Joe Perry, Tommy Henriksen, and Johnny Depp.

But before the Friday night performance, Depp sparked more concerns after he was spotted using a crutch to assist himself in walking around the area.

Is Johnny Depp Injured?

Ahead of the Hollywood Vampires' Friday show, the 60-year-old "Pirates of the Caribbean" star-turned-singer worried fans as he walked around using a crutch. Depp has been using one since suffering an ankle fracture in May, though he did not let it affect the band's first US show this year.

In the photos shared by The Mirror, he can be seen looking well despite using the stick. He donned a flat cap and bandana that complemented his high-waisted trousers and checked shirt. He also wore a large jacket and sunglasses for his signature look.

He confirmed that he sustained an Instagram post at that time and revealed that it started as a hairline break which worsened after attending several events, including Cannes.

"Several medical professionals have strongly suggested I avoid any and all activity for the moment and so am sadly unable to travel at this time," he said, leading to the cancelation of their shows. "Again, sincerest apologies. All my love and respect, JD x."

It was not the first time he assisted himself with a crutch. Before their Glasgow concert earlier this month, Depp was also seen using the walking aid as he made his way outside a hotel.

Johnny Depp Thanks Boston Fans for a Wonderful Night

Depp received praise again after days of criticism over the canceled Hollywood Vampires' shows.

In an interview with People, 12-year-old Molly Smith from Concord, New Hampshire, expressed how overwhelming the meeting was as she grew up watching his movies and listening to his songs. She also shared the picture she took with Depp, showing her as she cried upon meeting the actor-singer.

Her mother, Cathy, called Depp "unbelievably sweet" toward her daughter and everyone he encountered prior to the show.

"He really was so nice, and I've never seen her that excited," the matriarch said of her daughter's interaction with Depp. "She will never forget this."
