CeeLo Green may still be living The Good Life, but he won't be doing it on TBS anymore. In the midst of his highly controversial statements regarding rape on Twitter and declining ratings, the former The Voice coach's reality show has not been renewed for a second season.

The Good Life has been cancelled after its initial six episode run. Though the announcement comes in the wake of Green's offensive remarks regarding rape victims, TBS cited poor ratings for its decision not to bring the show back to the schedule, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The Good Life, which focused on Green's life as a producer, live performer and studio artist, did have paltry ratings. Factoring in a week of delayed viewing, the show averaged just 677,000 viewers per episode.

Though unconnected to Green's rape comments, the cancellation of The Good Life likely has some women's rights groups celebrating. Earlier this week, the singer tweeted that "People who have really been raped REMEMBER!!!" in the wake of his no contest plea of drugging his then-girlfriend with ecstasy and raping her.

He also wrote that "If someone is passed out they're not even WITH you consciously! So WITH implies consent."

Following the remarks, Green deleted his Twitter and women's advocacy group UltraViolet petitioned that his reality show be cancelled. They are now calling for Green, TBS and Time Warner to donate to a rape survivor organization.
