How Did Sarah Harding Die?

Harding's mother Marie confirmed the musician's death on Instagram, revealing that the Girls Aloud member died at the age of 39 after her battle with breast cancer.

"I know she won't want to be remembered for her fight against this terrible disease - she was a bright shining star and I hope that's how she can be remembered instead," part of the statement read.

Harding first revealed her breast cancer diagnosis in August 2020 and shared that the dreaded illness spread to other parts of her body. She underwent treatments and procedures, including chemotherapy and mastectomy but still received bad news from her doctor.

In her memoir "Hear Me Out," Harding said her doctor said the Christmas 2022 might be her last, though she still tried to remain positive since she might surprise everyone with a potential recovery.

However, she ultimately slipped away after her brave battle with the disease.
