"The Voice" officially moved on after Blake Shelton left his seat, but the singer also took his steps since then.

The long-running singing competition show replaced Shelton with Reba McEntire after the country crooner ended his coaching journey. He started his stint in 2011 in the show's Season 1 alongside Adam Levine, Christina Aguilera and CeeLo Green.

After leaving the panel where he served as a judge for 22 seasons, he is reportedly having fun due to his more manageable schedule.

What Is Blake Shelton Up To Now?

A source told Us Weekly that Shelton is "relieved" after leaving the voice.

According to the insider, the 47-year-old "Who Are You When I'm Not Looking" singer has more flexibility in his schedule now, so his wife, Gwen Stefani, is reminded of what a catch the singer is.

He has also been busy farming and spending his time at his ranch.

Shelton is reportedly pleased when his wife's eldest son, Kingston Rossdale, wowed the crowd when he performed at his Ole Red bar in Tishomingo, Okla.

"Gwen has always known he has a heap of musical talent. She used to joke he was a superstar in the making," another source said. "[Kingston] looking to his mom and Blake for advice with his playing technique, how he carries himself and the types of songs that suit his abilities."

This mirrored what Shelton has always said about being there for his stepsons before stepping down from "The Voice."

Blake Shelton Said "The Voice" Changed His Life

Prior to his official exit, Shelton revealed in an Instagram post that the show changed his life - by having a coaching stint and leading him to meet Stefani after the "What You Waiting For?" singer joined in 2014.

Shelton told Hoda Kobt in one of his appearances on "TODAY" show that he made the decision as he wanted to focus on his family and "live some life," which were only possible if he gave up his job in "The Voice."

Amid rumors that he would end his career, he clarified to People that he would not leave the music industry and that he does not have plans to retire.
