Jimmie Allen and his estranged wife Alexis Gale welcomed their third child, Cohen Ace James, last Sept. 27, 2023, in the middle of their ongoing divorce proceedings and the Country star's legal battle with sexual assault lawsuits.
Allen, who has been dropped by his label and firms, has been trying to make new music amidst all the drama and controversy.
Jimmie Allen Focused On New Music, Family Life
Earlier this week, Alexis Gale took to Instagram to share the beautiful news that her third child, Cohen Ace James, was born.
Fans and friends have poured out their love on the little slugger. Gale posted a carousel of photos of her new son, along with her two children, holding their new sibling while all smiles on the camera. Everyone was clearly smitten by the arrival of Cohen Ace.
However, it was not revealed at the time whether Jimmie Allen was present to welcome his fourth child (he had another child before marrying Alexis Gale).
Now, a representative of the couple told People Magazine an update about the couple.
"As of right now, Jimmie and Lexi are focused on their new bundle of joy," the insider dished out. "He's currently splitting his time between Delaware with the family, along with Florida and California, working on finishing his new music which should be out later this fall."
Gale and Allen share three children, 3-year-old Naomi, 2-year-old Zara, and the not-more-than-a-week-old Cohen James.

Jimmie Allen Sexual Assault Lawsuit, Divorce
On April 2023, Allen and Gale announced that they would be separating but reiterated that their family would always come first.
"Our number one priority is and always will be ensuring that our children are healthy, happy, and loved, and we remain committed to co-parenting with love and respect for one another," they said in a now-deleted joint statement.
Shortly after, the news of Jimmie Allen's sexual harassment and assault lawsuits was made public. Allen dismissed the existence of an assault and harassment while seemingly confirming the extramarital affair.
Following the controversy, Allen has been dropped by his label, public relations firm, and numerous engagements at the time. He has since announced that he would be embarking on a comedy tour this year, which had fans divided.
Based on his rep's recent update, Jimmie Allen will also be releasing new music in the fall.
