Gabe Milhomem Santos lost his life on the eve of the "Eras" tour concert at Nilton Santos Olympic Stadium.

He was supposed to be attending the show but was fatally stabbed while taking a break on Copacabana beach in the pre-dawn hours of Sunday morning.

The weekend has been marred by the tragic death of two Taylor Swift fans, the first being Ana Clara Benevides, who was just 23 years old.

It is reported that she went into cardiac arrest during Friday night's show and sadly passed away in hospital an hour later.

Tomorrow marks a day of mourning for the family and friends of 25-year-old Gabriel as he is laid to rest in his hometown located in Mato Gross do Sul.

Friends and family have honored him by dressing him in the clothes he had made for Taylor's concert - a moving tribute to an unforgettable individual.

Gabriel's family told the media G1 that one of his biggest dreams was to witness Taylor's show, so he had traveled from Belo Horizonte to Rio.

His relatives described him as "cheerful, affectionate, and extremely studious." Also, they stressed how devoted Gabriel was to his mom even after starting college in a different state, being an only child.

Yesterday, Gabriel and his two cousins had decided to take a dip at Copacabana beach.

Unbeknownst to them, this would be the last day of 25-year-old's life. He reportedly fell asleep in the sand when three individuals approached him, per The Messenger.
