  • Melissa Rivers Reportedly Will Sue Yorkville Clinic in Order to Find Out What Actually Caused Joan Rivers's Death

It has been nearly two months since Joan Rivers walked into the Yorkville Endoscopy Clinic for a routine procedure and never recovered. While the comedienne was 81 at the time of her death, she was thought to be in good shape, making her death an untimely one. Unfortunately, Melissa Rivers opted not to have an autopsy done on her mother, so even after Joan's death was ruled a complication connected to the surgery, that is not actually telling Melissa what really happened to her mother. In order to get to the bottom of things, Melissa has reportedly decided to sue the Yorkville clinic and the doctors who cared for Joan.
  • Nancy Snyderman Out Of Quarantine But Not Returning To NBC Post Until November As Network Hopes Backlash Will Subside

There has been a lot of speculation in the last ten days over whether or not Dr. Nancy Snyderman would be returning to her post as chief medical editor on NBC after violating her voluntary Ebola quarantine. Snyderman and her crew spent weeks in Liberia covering the virus when one of the cameramen traveling with them became ill. His diagnosis on October 1 sent the entire crew back to the states where they were supposedly going to quarantine themselves for 21 days. Instead several of them were spotted picking up take out food in New Jersey. After weeks of backlash NBC has decided not to fire Snyderman just yet.

  • New Report Claims that Secret Service's Partying the Night Before Led to JFK's Assassination

The assassination of John F. Kennedy Nov. 22, 1963, in broad daylight is one of those cases that has never truly been closed, in part because the American public has refused to let it go. Instead of just accepting the information that has been given, conspiracy theories have always existed regarding the circumstances surrounding the president's death. One thing that has often been called into question has been the ability of the Secret Service to keep Kennedy safe on that day. A new report says JFK's detail partied the night before the president was shot.

She is apparently on the prowl to keep herself distracted from Odom, like when she was spotted with Wiz Khalifa.
  • Renée Zellweger Attributes Her Shocking New Look to Having a 'Fulfilling Life' after Taking a Break from Hollywood's Vices

We have to wonder if Renée Zellweger was nervous about attending Elle's Women in Hollywood Awards Monday night, Oct. 20. She has spent the better part of the last four years away from the spotlight, taking a breather from the daily grind of Hollywood and Monday evening marked a bit of a return for her. Unfortunately, her shocking appearance seemed to be the only thing that made a lasting impression on people. If you have already seen the pictures, then you know Zellweger appears to have had an enormous amount of plastic surgery done, leaving her to look like a different person. But she nonetheless feels like she is living a "more fulfilling life."
  • Audio Tape of Hysterical Bristol Palin Talking to Police on Night of Bloody Alaskan Brawl Creates Media Frenzy

Last month we told you about the party Sarah Palin's family attended in Anchorage, Alaska, that turned into a bloody brawl. In the weeks that followed, some interesting details have leaked out, but nothing has been nearly as interesting as an audio tape TMZ first got its hands on earlier this week. The tape is of Bristol Palin hysterically telling the police her version of what happened. It is a tirade of explicatives with Sarah Palin in the background scolding her daughter for cursing while giving her statement. Bristol's account seems to back up everything we had previously heard about how ugly the drunken fight was.
  • 'Orphan Black's Tatiana Maslany Preparing For New York Stage Debut

Maslany will star opposite Thomas Sadoski who, aside from being a theater alum, currently has a regular gig on HBO's The Newsroom. Maslany and Sadoski will portray Beth and Doug, two sexual predators that hooked up after a wedding and are now waking up together the morning after. Previews kick off on May 12 at the Second Stage theater.
  • Finances Are Rough, Kate Gosselin Is Having a Yard Sale While Ex Jon Gosselin Was Recently Evicted

It was not that long ago that Kate and Jon Gosselin were at the center of one of TLC's most popular reality shows. Cameras followed the two as they cared for their eight children, and they were raking in money hand over fist for several years. Then the bottom fell out as the Gosselins realized that the tabloids were right: They would be better off apart. Divorce may have given Jon his freedom and Kate full control over their children, but finances have been tough for both of them. Jon was recently evicted from his Pennsylvania home and Kate began advertising about the yard sale her family will have Oct. 25. Money is clearly a big issue here.

  • Justin Hartley Steps into Popular 'Young and the Restless' Role Vacated by Michael Muhney, Asks Fans for Feedback on His Portrayal of Popular Character

Justin Hartley might be a strong actor with several series — "Mistresses," "Revenge," "Smallville" — under his belt but that fact did not make taking on the popular role of Adam Newman on CBS's "The Young and the Restless" any easier. Michael Muhney exited the role last December under scandalous allegations, a situation that to this day does not add up. His departure left fans outraged, with many ultimately deciding that "Y&R" was no longer worth their time. When Hartley accepted the task of bringing the character back to Genoa City, he knew he was going to have his work cut out for him. He has decided to ask the fans for feedback on his portrayal.

At least, that is what she says, but apparently the R&B star has decided that, for whatever reason, he is not so sure about his paternity. He filed a lawsuit in Georgia against Shaw Oct. 1, requesting the court determine if he is legally the father of both of Shaw's children. In other words, Smith wants a paternity test done.
