  • Pharrell Williams and 'Happy' see Digital Downloads gain as Katy Perry's 'Dark Horse' sees loss

This week was pretty boring on the Digital Downloads charts, as the top five songs remained exactly the same as last week. Among those top five there was a huge divergence in those who gained versus those who lost however.

  • Christina Aguilera, Yum! help raise $37 million to combat world hunger

Christina Aguilera may be best known for her crazy curves, insane voice and tough judgment calls on The Voice, but the pop superstar also has quite the charitable side to her. • Pitbull, Ke$ha and 'Timber' rule Digital Downloads again, A Great Big World and OneRepublic follow

Last week's Digital Downloads Top 10 (Top 50 for that matter) all saw an increase in sales thanks to the giving of iTunes gift cards, etc. during the holidays. That resulted in this week's inevitable drop off for all of the songs in the Top 10, which all saw a decrease in sales from last week. That doesn't mean sales were bad however: Five songs still broke 200,000 in total downloads, up from the typical two or three.
