Journey offered a jaw-dropping performance at the NFC championship's halftime where it performed the hit song, "Don't Stop Believin'."

On Sunday, January 28, the rock band hyped the NFL fans who were watching the Detroit Lions and San Francisco 49ers' game, which would give a Super Bowl 58 spot to the winner. While the viewers already want to see the winner, the group - which was founded in San Francisco in 1973 - gave everyone a little break amid the tense match.

Journey Changes "Don't Stop Believin'" Lyrics

Journey performed a total of four songs at the show: "Separate Ways (Worlds Apart)," "Be Good to Yourself," "Any Way You Want It" and "Don't Stop Believin.'"

The latter track originally has the lyrics, "Just a city boy / Born and raised in South Detroit."

However, the band applied a change and let Arnel Pineda deliver the line "Just a city boy / Born and raised in San Francisco."

While Journey updated the line for the show, fans can expect to hear the original in its upcoming shows.
