This is not a drill! After the success of her 10th studio album "Midnights," Taylor Swift has a major surprise again for her fans as she announced a new record titled "The Tortured Poets Department" which will be released later this year; check out all the details below.

The pop star attended this year's Grammy Awards and she won the Best Pop Vocal Album category for her record "Midnights."

During her acceptance speech, the singer revealed her 11th studio album which will be available for purchase and straming starting on April 19, 2024.

"I wanna say thank you to the fans by telling you a secret that I've been keeping from you for the last two years, which is that my brand new album comes out April 19th, it's called 'The Tortured Poets Department.' I'm gonna go and post the cover right now backstage, thank you I love you," she said.

Swift immediately took to her social media accounts to share the official album art of her new album which is a black and white image of herself lying down on a bed with pillows.

In a separate photo, she shared a handwritten letter which appeared to be lyrics of a particular song.

The note reads: "And so I enter into evidence / My tarnished coat of arms / My muses, acquired like bruises / My talismans and charms / The tick, tick, tick of love bombs / My veins of pitch black ink / All's fair in love and poetry..." (via Variety)

Swift ended the note by signing, "Sincerely, The Chairman of the Tortured Poets Department."

As of this writing, Swift has yet to share details about the official tracklist and collaborators of the album, but pre-orders are now available at her official website.

A vinyl record with bonus track titled "The Manuscript" is priced at $34.99, while others like her a CD with poster is priced at $12.99.

A cassette form is also available for $19.99.

The biggest set, which is the collector's edition deluxe CD and bonus track is priced at $17.99 which appeared to have stickets, some letters, photos, and more.
