Kanye West got something hanging on his upper lip weeks after getting his new titanium dental implant.
The public had a first look at West's eye-catching dentures when he went out on a date with Bianca Censori and Chris Rock. While the dentures already attracted criticism, more questions emerged after the rapper seemingly developed something on his upper lip.
What Happened to Kanye West's Lip?
On Monday, February 12, West uploaded a new Instagram video in which he defended his right to post photos of his wife, Bianca Censori. Instead of his statement, his followers and other social media users focused their attention on his "creepy upper lip."
One said, "He needs to fix the little testicle hanging from his lip before he speaks. YE you got something hanging on yo lip."
"Kanye really f'd up his entire face complete with LIP OVERGROWTH due to the metal in his mouth which is permanent. How stupid can one be?" another wrote.
"What's that lil thing dangling from Kanye lips fr??" a third said, while another chimed in, "but what is that bubble on kanye's lip."
West has yet to respond to the new criticism, but he has since slammed his critics who called him out for posting NSFW photos and videos of Censori online, including the designer wearing a bodysuit that left little to the imagination while in the club.

Kanye West Blasts Critics
In the Instagram video, West lambasted everyone who condemned him for posting risqué materials featuring his wife.
"Y'all, I just want to tell everybody I posted my wife three times on purpose," he said. "So what I'm saying is, I delivered the album. And people still in my comments talking 'bout, 'Why you posting your wife?'"
West added Censori makes him happy, so he warned everyone not to say something negative ever again.
"I don't care bro. I'm going to post my wife as much as I want. Go post your wife on your f-king Instagram," he went on.
West and Censori wed in a secret ceremony in December 2022. The couple has been subject to controversies for their questionable fashion styles over the past few months.
