Shakira is done rebuilding herself, and is finally ready to present the brand-new and stronger version of the heartbroken woman in a fresh new light with her upcoming album, "Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran."

"Making this body of work has been an alchemical process," the Colombian superstar shared in a press release. "While writing each song I was rebuilding myself. While singing them, my tears transformed into diamonds, and my vulnerability into strength."

While she did not explicitly say what inspired her to return to the music scene after seven years, many deduced that it might have something to do with her very public and messy breakup with her ex, Gerard Pique.

"Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran" translates to "Women No Longer Cry" in English, and it is a line from her chart-topping hit song "Shakira: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53" with Argentine producer Bizarrap.

Shakira Heals Broken Heart With Music

Shakira's album is slated for release on Mar. 22 via Sony Music Latin, and it will include the following singles: "Shakira: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53," "TQG," featuring Karol G, "Te Felicito" featuring Rauw Alejandro, "Monotonia," Acrostico" "Copa Vacia" featuring Manuel Turizo, and "El Jefe" with Fuerza Regida.

The "She Wolf" hitmaker has been consistently releasing songs from April 2022 to September 2023, as she grappled with numerous lawsuits and a child custody battle.

In fact, the entire "Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran" era began right after she found out she was "betrayed" by her longtime partner on top of her father's sudden hospitalization.
