Billy Joel, John Mayer, Don Henley, and Sting are some of the most legendary musicians in the music industry at the moment, but have you ever imagined them forming a band together? More recently, the piano man revealed that he wanted to team up with the names mentioned above and form a supergroup.

Joel recently spoke in an interview with Howard Stern where he shared that one of the things on his bucket list that he wanted to check off is to form a supergroup with some of his favorite artists.

"I thought about putting together a band: Me, Don Henley, and Sting, and maybe John Mayer on guitar," he said. (via Consequence)

The radio host later asked if Joel would like The Beatles member Paul McCartney to be included in the band that he wanted to establish, but his answer was unexpected.

"He was in the super-est group of all-time. I don't have the nerve to do that," he added.
